Do you need a month to be aware you’re stressed? Me neither. We could all use some empowering and destressing thoughts while sheltering in place, though.

Not distressing, destressing! Relaxing, soothing, calming down, etc.

Surprisingly, I’m not a complete ball of anxiety during this time of COVID-19. This could change, of course.
