Developing financial literacy in divorce: who said what?

Divorce finances depend a lot on financial literacy. Which we don’t have a lot of in America, because we don’t educate about personal finance in school or college. Some parents are able to teach their children, but some aren’t. As a result, we have a lot of financially illiterate people here, through no fault of their own.
